李万泉,重庆云阳县人,1951年7月生。在原省部级——四川省万县卫生校园担任讲师;台湾省针炙学会客座教授;头二届国际传统医学大会讲演学者。1975年结业于重庆医科大学医疗系,结业后即分配到原四川省万县卫生校园作业,担任《内科学及护理》的教育与临床作业。1979年参加该校隶属医院的树立与内科病房的开业作业。其间,于1985年参加其时国家卫生部与高教委托付编写的中等医护校园《内科实习攻略》、《内科护理学》有关章节的编写,两书已别离于1992、1993年由出书社正式出书。

LiWanquan,fromYunyangCounty,Chongqing,wasborninJuly1951.HeisaseniorlecturerinWanxianHealthSchoolofSichuanProvince,akeyprovincialandministeriallevel;avisitingprofessorofTaiwanAcupunctureAssociation;andalectureroftheSecondWorldCongressoftraditionalmedicine.HegraduatedfromthemedicaldepartmentofChongqingMedicalUniversityin1975.Aftergraduation,hewasassignedtoworkinWanxianHealthSchoolofSichuanProvinceastheteachingandclinicalworkofinternalmedicineandnursing.In1979,heparticipatedintheestablishmentofAffiliatedHospitalandtheopeningofinternalmedicineward.In1985,heparticipatedinthecompilationoftherelevantchaptersofinternalmedicinepracticeguideandinternalmedicinenursinginsecondarymedicalschools,whichwerecommissionedbytheMinistryofhealthandtheHigherEducationCommission.Thetwobookswereofficiallypublishedbythenationalpressin1992and1993respectively.
